Went through the drive thru to order a cheese and pepperoni pizza. Of course the cheese pizza need to be cook. Thats ok and told me to pull around and come inside in about 10 minutes. It been over 20 min and still waiting.

Well every time i go they give me wrong crusted then tell me come back and theyvwill fix it get there and they give me run around

Usually the pizza and service is very good but tonight they told us to wait for 30 minutes. We did and when we pulled back around they had forgot to put mushrooms on the pizza, they told us to wait 5 more minutes and promised us cheesy bread. We waited 10 and then got the pizza. We got home after waiting all this time, we still had no mushroom pizza, and no cheesy bread.

Not a bad price range. But, if you try to order anything else besides the $5 hot and ready, they WILL mess it up. I've came here TWICE and ordered a thin crust pepperoni and sausage pizza. And BOTH times they did not get it right. The first time it took them THREE times to get it right. This is rediculous. They need to get their stuff together. Either they need better management or better employees. Or both. I will not be back.

Got told it would only take 15 minutes. Took 30 minutes. There went half my lunch break just waiting on food

There boards (menus) were off and the girl taking the order couldn't even tell me what they had nor the specials. It's always something with this place...

We stopped by to get a "hot and ready" pizza. While our pizza was hot, it was NOT ready. They told us we would have a 5-minute wait. We ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes. If we hadn't already paid, and if my kids hadn't opened their drinks, we would have left.

For the price it is what it is. Cheap price for a product that has a decent taste. This is not 5 star cuisine. They did not have Garlic butter available when we made the purchase. Had to go down the street to Papa John's.

Left me sitting out side for 20min. Waiting on pizza that had been ready. They failed to tell me they could not bring it out to customers any longer, after it was ready. Had I not driven aroynd to the window to see if it was ready, no telling how long they would have left me sitting out front for pizza already paid for! No other customers and two people just standing at the counter! Not happy!

Cuz everytime we get a pizza we get sick get some more carrots learn how to make pizza like Pizza Hut

It was a nice change from the same old pizza place. But bad pizza.

They don't ever have the hot and ready pizza. . done they only have the best done and you have to wait for the classic hot and ready pizza. So it need to be changed to wait for every pizza

Lots of confusion and they left a lot of pepperoni of of one of the pizzas, we did eat half of it we were disappointed they are usually pretty good.

I got a pizza and 2 ranch's I get down the road and after I few bites I Noticed a aunt or something in that nature not quite sure what it was it wasn't a fly but it was a bug very grossed out when inside to talk to the employee's (mine you maybe in high school) showed them the slice that had the bug on it, told me ir wasn't there when I order ir 30 seconds ago and said I couldn't get a new pizza. Worst experience ever

I gotta be honest. I like Little Caesar's. Always have ever since I was a little kid (25+ years ago?). That's not saying they're my favorite pizza place (sorry but Papa John's is in my top spot right now) but for $5 I have to admit that the cost-to-quality ratio makes Caesar's a valid competitor. On my recent trip, I splurged and got the "Extra! Extra!" which comes with extra cheese and pepperoni for an additional dollar. Honestly, it might have been TOO cheesy and the extra pepperoni only made it a bit too much on the greasy side for me. I think next time I'll save a buck and put it toward a side of crazy bread instead. That said, it was still a delicious pizza for $6, ready to pick up and take out. Don't worry, LC... I'll be back!

Came 20 mins before closing best pizza I ever had in a while

Twice now I have placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes and yet they weren't. Both times I had to go in and talk to someone at the counter and instead of the made to order pizza I was supposed to get I got a pizza pulled from the cabinet. What's the point in ordering online if I can't get my food on time or fresh!?

Called in order. Stopped by store still my pizza wasn't ready. Waited and waited. Said about 10 more minutes. Already at least hour and half since called in order. Heard two times they said out of cheese. Finally after going to gas station my pizza was done. But can't blame those who are working because others won't come in. Also it's hot in there each time I go in. Windows dirty.

I asked for extra sauce on my pizzas and they were dry

Service was good. Quality of pizza, however is terrible and has been the last several times. Wide variations on the doness of the dough, amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. Went twice today at two different times. Got the same things both times and the product was inconsistent with the standards set forth by the company, and has routinely been so. I used to work for the company.

They have the best pizza and you cant beat the price,its just something about they're cheese,ill never eat at another pizza place.

the employees aren't wearing gloves or mask during these tough times not to mention the the fact there were flies flying around on the inside also cooks pest control was spraying the place down while we were there just horrible 👎
